Flower farming is the most rewarding job I’ve ever had, but it’s not always glamourous. I know most people envision gathering arm loads of flowers while wearing sundresses but unfortunately that it not the reality of this job. It’s hard work and that’s why I require that you can lift 50 pounds and are able to do many, many squats over the course of the work day. This job is about 20% flower picking and arranging and 80% dirt work. This is a farming job, not floristry. So, please keep that in mind when applying. I also suggest you watch the YouTube video below by Floret about some of the ups and downs of flower farming. It’s very enlightening!
